MADE IN THE USA

Our clothing is designed and manufactured entirely in New York City’s Garment District, and the majority of our fabric is sourced domestically. We know that customers are increasingly interested in buying American-made brands, and we are committed to keeping our production as local as possible.

SIZING

Our clothing runs true to size. For more information, please refer to our size chart.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards. You may also pay through your PayPal account. We do not accept checks or money orders.

US SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We will do our best to ship your order within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped using UPS Ground and USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you need your order faster, please email us and we will make other arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you wish to place an order outside the US, please email us with your shipping address and we will help you find the most economical option. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties upon entering their country.

RETURNS

Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full credit on the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and include the original packing slip so we can identify your order. We regret that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please fill out the Return/Exchanges Form and include it with your merchandise.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase as long as we have the size you need in stock. It would be best to email us first to determine whether or not we have what you need. Please include the original packing slip marked with the new style or size you would like. Items for exchange must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges and returns. Please fill out the Return/Exchanges Form and include it with your merchandise.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very importance to us. The information you provide Evelyn Alex will be used for internal purposes only and will never be sold, shared or given to a third party. That information will be used to register, confirm and track orders, analyze sales and statistics, and provide you with occasional information about our business, such as sales and promotions. If you do not want to receive email communications from us, please send us an email at info@evelynalex.com or unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

SECURITY

When you place an order, your payment information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card transactions are processed and stored on an SSL server by the credit card processor. Evelyn Alex does not have access to customer’s credit card details with the exception of the last four digits of the card.
